As the Founder & Leader of <<B.M.O>> on Jenova server, I feel that an open recruitment/social FC is better than a hardcore/heavily restrictive FC and I try to encourage our members to be as welcoming and inclusive as possible, while simultaneously trying to push them to be the best players they can be.
